Register Today for the 28th Annual UM/ULI Real Estate Forum

The Forum returns to Detroit in 2014 with a new format. 2014 is the first year of a three year commitment to hold the Forum in Detroit and focus on the best practices in the profession in one of the hottest markets in the country.

Special programming is planned for the afternoon and evening of Tuesday, November 18th for our bus tour, various awards presentations. and keynote presentation.  The full day program will be November 19th with speakers, roundtables and special presentations.

The real estate market has experienced significant change over the past few years, heightening the challenges to real estate professionals. Helping to understand how we can continue to serve the market and provide relevant developments for communities and clients is a primary focus of the Forum.  Real estate professionals from across the industry discovered how to thrive and learned about current best practices when they gathered on November 20th and 21st in Lansing for the 27th Annual University of Michigan and Urban Land Institute Real Estate Forum.

Through a combination of presentations* by leading local, regional and national real estate practitioners, workshops and guided bus and walking tours, the Forum provided valuable lessons in real estate development and highlighted real estate investment and development opportunities across the Lansing area.
